Souvenirs Collection: treasures with strong characters
Reflections
[Summer memories – Ocean – Beach – Treasure hunts – Seashells – Childhood – Adolescence – Personality – Character – Facets – Duality : Candide vs Rebel]
“With my eyes closed, my mind wanders, imagining the deep blue sky, the coolness of the morning before the enveloping warmth of the sun, the softness of the warm sand, the shell hunt, the teenage games on the beach, the reunion in the open air that lasts until dawn in the softness of the summer evenings… I can see myself again with my grandmother, my lucky star, collecting shells, looking for treasures… “
The treasures of the first collection, entitled “SOUVENIRS” are illustrated by stylized shells, whose strong character maintains the idea of duality. From this work were born the two lines of the collection, named “Les Candides” and “Les Rebelles” with on one side a form all in roundness and on the other side abrupt lines.
Collection Confidences : " When a tactile writing becomes a visual ornament."

[Mark what we are, what we like, our values – The bottle in the sea – Messages – Symbol – Mystery – Paradox: Tactile writing vs Visual ornament]
“Like the one who discovers the bottle carrying a message, carried by the ocean, imagine the surprise generated by a jewel carrying a mysterious inscription, a link between the one who offers the jewel and its recipient.
This collection, an appeal to the senses, highlights Braille. Her jewelry, thanks to the messages they carry, arouse surprises and emotions. They are very intimate or on the contrary a source of sharing.
The paradox arises from the transformation of this tactile writing into a visual ornament. The original “embossing” technique uses touch. Its “pierced” version, more graphic, becomes visual but not only… According to the tactile sensitivity, this version can be read.
